Returns and refunds
All Humanas jewels are thought, modelled, realized, finished and packed in Italy with artisanal methods. The possible variations of the jewelry purchased, in comparison with the image shown on the website, are not to be regarded as failures but rather as an expression of the product’s uniqueness.
Should you not be satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, it is possible to return one or more products no later than 14 working days from their receipt and obtain the refund of the price paid including the initial delivery cost. Within such term the products have to be returned to the shipping agent for the return to Humanas s.r.l.
The products must not have been utilized or altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics. The products have to be returned in their original packaging. Also the latter must also be free from whatever alteration or damage and complete with its guarantee.
The right of withdrawal is excluded for purchases of pieces made to measure or personalized.
Transportation costs of the return to Humanas srl are at the customer’s charge.
Under EU law, for a minimum period of 2 years after delivery, traders guarantee the conformity of the goods they sell. This means that traders must ensure that the goods purchased have the promised quality, or the quality that can be reasonably expected, functionality or characteristics for at least two years after they’ve been delivered to the purchaser.
Should a Humanas jewel purchased by the Customers present a manufacturing failure or whatever conformity defect, please immediately contact the online assistance at [email protected]
Customers have the right to the free restoration of the jewel conformity or its replacement. Should such remedies fail, the Customers will obtain an appropriate price reduction or the contract voidance. Customers will lose the foregoing rights if they omit to report the conformity failure to the Seller within two months from the date on which the same has been ascertained.
Damages or failures caused by an improper use, loss or theft of the jewel are excluded from the above guarantee. The latter is also excluded for the physiologic wear deriving from the jewel’s use over the time, compatibly with the intrinsic qualities of the materials, the processing and the utilization typical of the object. To this extent, the Customers are requested to look over the Guide to the Jewels’ Maintenance as well as to respect the instructions reported therein.
The refunds will be paid in Euros.
Orders paid through PayPal will be reimbursed on the PayPal account utilized by the Customer.
For orders paid with credit card, the refund will be available to the Customer within a variable period that could go beyond 10 working days. The elaboration timing can vary in accordance with the different processing time of the companies involved in the payment and the Customer’s banking institution.
For all unspecified problems, the present European rules on the remote commerce will prevail.
